*Uganda has over 1,5 million refugees, of which over 80% are women and children

* 86% of refugee secondary school students and25% of primary school children in Uganda remain out-of-school.

WHAT WE DO

EDUCATION

We are providing quality education to build a sustainable young generation with knowledge and skills. Education is a basic human right that should be afforded to all

lIVELIHOOD

We are creating a self-reliant community through a range of vocational skill programs, financial and entrepreneurial skills and empowering them to earn a sustainable income.

CHILD PROTECTION

Creating safe environment for children free from violence and abuse. The vast majority have fled brutal conflicts, and many have witnessed terrible violence and lost family and friends.

HEALTH

We offer surgery and psychososial aid for women with Fistula, prevention, treatment and support for people infected and affected by HIV, conduct annual medical missions through international volunteer doctors from all over the world.

Bizimungu Shaban

When Bizimungu Shaban first arrived in Uganda as a refugee in 2000, there was water he drank from a swamp to satisfy his thirst and has never access clean water for 22 years.

Thanks to a new water wells project implemented by P4T with funded by Mission of Hope, his family has plenty of clean water to drink now.

Kemigisa Joyce

"P4T changed my life, I don't have to beg from my neighbours anymore", said Kemigisa Joyce who was P4T Nursey and Primary school head teacher
