Proven expertise in HR management, training, and development, with a strong background in financial advisory and academic instruction, over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, driving success through effective talent management and organizational development. Skilled in HR functions, guidance, counseling, and insurance expertise. Before joining P4T, Aliziki served as Financial Advisor with Jubilee Life Insurance Company and lecturer at Team University and Gulu University Hoima campuses alongside hands-on skills business, which experiences gave her an opportunity to interact and learn more of human behavior.

Aliziki holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), Certificate in Guidance and Counseling, and Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA). As a Human Resource specialist at P4T since 2017, Aliziki supports P4T achieve its Mission and Vision while upholding the Organisation Values to ensure all Human Resources contribute to the success of the organization through the HR Functions of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations among others across all the thematic areas.
