Kwizera Samuel is Ugandan born i Kagadi who holds a bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Ibanda University, a Diploma in Primary Education from Kyambogo University and he hold also grade 3 Primary Teacher Certificate from Canon Apollo Core Primary Teacher College (PTC). Kwizera Samuel is experienced with over 10 years with passion for teaching in different subjects such as English, science, mathematics and social studies and he has also over 5 years of experiment in administration 

 Samuel who is deeply committed to promoting quality education and holistic well-being, particularly within vulnerable and conflict-affected communities. Before he joined P4T, Samuel has served in a variety of teaching and leadership positions with reputable organizations. He has worked with ROLEC Schools, where he was awarded Best Teacher of the Year in 2017. He worked in Kyangwali Refugee camp with Save the Children International from 2018–2021 who served as Deputy Head Teacher at Nyamiganda Accelerated Education program teacher and later worked with Windle International Uganda from 2021–2023 who served as Deputy Head Teacher, and he received the Young Administrator’s Award in 2022.

In 2024, Samuel joined Planning for Tomorrow (P4T), where he currently serves as Head Teacher at P4T Nursery and Primary school where he ensures Primary Section and Early Childhood Development (ECD) children get quality education.  In this role, he carries out a broad range of responsibilities, including supervising teachers and ensuring adherence to national and P4T’s internal academic standards, monitoring academic progress and learning outcomes, and introducing interventions where necessary to improve performance, overseeing curriculum development and implementation, with a focus on child-cantered and inclusive approaches, promoting child protection and mental health by integrating psychosocial support into the school environment, support co-curricular activities to promote holistic development of learners, engaging with parents, community leaders, and partner organizations to strengthen community participation

Above his technical and professional expertise, Samuel is a lifelong learner who actively engages with modern research and educational practices to keep the learning experience relevant, inclusive, and impactful. His leadership at P4T has brought renewed energy and structure to its educational programs, reinforcing the organization’s mission to empower children through transformative learning.
