Lakisa Sympo Sporah

Miss Lakisa Sympo Sporah is a visionary education specialist whose career has been defined by one unwavering purpose: unlocking the potential of every learner, particularly those in refugee and underserved communities. Before joining P4T Secondary School, she served as Deputy Head Teacher in charge of Administration and Academics at Namiryango High School in Mukono District, a role she held for five years, during which she transformed academic systems, mentored teaching staff, and drove measurable improvements in learner performance and retention.

Miss Lakisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education (English and Literature) from Kyambogo University and a Master's Degree in Educational Management, Policy and Planning, also from Kyambogo University. Her academic foundation is matched by deep practical expertise spanning curriculum development, teacher training, student assessment design, and the creation of meaningful student engagement programs. What sets Miss Lakisa apart is her philosophical approach to education. She doesn't simply teach, she deliberately cultivates innovative thinkers and change-makers, equipping young people with the mindset and tools to transform their communities from within.

Since 2025, as Head Teacher of P4T Secondary School, she has championed the school's holistic education model, serving over 200 learners alongside a dedicated refugee-led teaching staff. Under her leadership, Project-Based Learning and Community-Based Learning are not just methodologies, they are lived experiences that shape how students think, collaborate, and lead. Miss Lakisa Sympo Sporah remains deeply committed to P4T Secondary School's core mission: building the next generation of innovative leaders and change-makers who create impactful solutions for the world.
