Uganda is not only the home of P4T, there are many things to keep you busy with on the weekends and experience both before and after today's volunteer activities. We always try to ensure that everyone can experience what they want most while working as volunteers in P4T Uganda. We have a lot of knowledge about traveling in the country, and we can assist in setting up the perfect trip.

Uganda is located on the equator, where the East African savannas meet the jungles of West Africa. The country has more than 100,000 species of animals and 1,200 types of butterflies. There are many beautiful landscapes such as the Rwenzori mountain range which is Africa's highest, many national parks including the Bwindi Impenetrable national parks where one finds half of the remaining mountain gorillas. The source of the Nile, Lake Victoria (the world's second largest lake) are just some of the things that make this wonderful country an adventurer's dream.

As a volunteer in Uganda, you will be able to experience different landscapes - mountains and forests where you can experience the gorillas up close or go in search of chimpanzees. On the savannas, if you are lucky, you can see buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards and rhinos in free expression.

The perfect way to experience this wonderful country and help others at the same time is to join P4T as a volunteer.
