Tweheyo Godson

Tweheyo Godson is a Ugandan professional with extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and project management. He holds a master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, a Certificate in Administrative Law, and is a registered graduate ICT teacher. He has also undertaken additional training in Program Design and Management, Project Planning and Management, among other relevant fields. Godson is known for his dedication, accuracy, professionalism, and cheerful reliability, qualities that have earned him respect across various roles.

He currently serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Planning for Tomorrow (P4T), a refugee-led organization operating in the Kyangwali Refugee Settlement, Kikuube District in western Uganda. In this role, he leads the design, implementation, and management of M&E systems that guide program planning, performance tracking, and impact measurements for P4T’s humanitarian and development initiatives.

Before he joined P4T, Godson held similar M&E roles for over 12 years while supporting Comprehensive HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment services under PEPFAR, USAID and CDC funding. He worked at Azur Christian Health Centre IV in Hoima City and The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) in Masindi branch in Uganda. Godson also served as a Clinical Instructor at Hoima School of Nursing and Midwifery, where he mentored future health professionals. He has also chaired the Quality Improvement Committees (QI) at all Institutions the Institutions across projects.

He has consistently chaired Quality Improvement (QI) Committees across various institutions and projects, driving improvements in service quality and organizational performance. Throughout his career, Godson has demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills, particularly in building and sustaining Monitoring and Evaluation system, leading teams and institutional processes, mentoring and coaching staff, promoting data use for program learning and accountability. At P4T since 2024, Godson has leveraged his experience to enhance project outcome, foster a learning culture and promote accountability.
